Job Description

SUMMARY:

Promote and maintain a high occupancy standards through the utilization of sales, marketing, and resident retention skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Duties:

1)         Adhere to all company personnel directives. 

2)         Rent apartments and conduct all necessary follow-up.

3)         Prepare and process all leases and related forms correctly and in a timely manner.

4)         Assist Managers when needed.

5)         Handle all details of move-ins and move-outs.

6)         Work with resident and resident organizations.

7)         Abide by all rules and regulations of Employer.

8)         Assist in the preparation of Market Surveys and the assessment of Marketing programs.

9)        Promote Platinum Service within the community.  Handle service recovery issues, and facilitate our service standards to residents and staff under the direction of the Community or Business Manager.

10)         All other duties not listed herein as directed by the Resident Manager(s).

Job Requirements

Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance.

Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.

High school or G.E.D. equivalent.

Good oral and written skills.

Good customer service skills.

Detail oriented.
