Job Description


  • Collaborate with VP, Regional Property Manager and Community Manager to understand marketing requirements and assist in development of key initiatives to drive census.

  • Ensure outreach and connections with prominent community members, major employers and the chamber of commerce are actively maintained.

  • Works closely key contacts at the home office to develop messaging for the community and its
    offerings, which are then communicated through print and online advertising initiatives, as well as promotional and community outreach efforts. 

  • Maintains the HubSpot contact list and reports to the key marketing contacted as required.

  • Create strategic relationships in the community to drive revenue through the packages, programs and promotions currently available.

  • Develop and evaluate residential marketing strategies, based on knowledge of established objectives, market characteristics, and budget constraints. 

  • Responsible for effective messaging of marketing collateral for consistency and accuracy.

  • Presents information regarding the community and available incentives. 

  • Assists in the resident survey process to identify overall customer satisfaction.

  • Continues to be flexible throughout the program year to adjust marketing strategies and tactics based on community needs. 

  • Must understand and be able to successfully work within the Streamline software system. 

  • Assist and manage on site Resident Services and events. 

  • Perform direct market leasing as needed. .  

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Language Skills:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.  Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.  Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Job Requirements


  • 2+ year of work experience in marketing or related field.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communication or related field will be preferred

  • Effective written, oral communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong presentation skills and ability to engage a variety of audiences.

  • Ability to remain flexible to a changing environment and adapt well to different situations.

  • Professional demeanor and dedication to delivering top-notch customer service. 

  • Energetic, can-do attitude and will to succeed. 

  • Respectful and polite with an upbeat and positive demeanor.
